YES its friday! haha.. so waiting for evening today! met yiting at city hall n trained down to tm and had swensens!we finish walkin ard tm n cs plus the pasar malam! din look at anything but jus kept walkin and talking.. finally got strawberry sundaes frm mac n went to cs purple sofa to sit.. haha.. it has been such a long time since we met up and had a proper chat lik today.. so it was really niccee:) mus meeet up agn soon!!!!

i m looking forward to seeing the new interns on monday at work! haha.. thou only 1 belong to our section but stil.. it means tt there ll be more young ppl ard and i will have more ppl to talk to.. so i wont be so bored when i got nth to do.. and if alot of things can ask e one tt belong to us to help! plus i ll be teachin him/her.. ok i tink its a him cos the name is wang hong ming.. haha... my colleague said.. frm monday on u ll be senior alr! they ll jus leave him in my hands! hohoho...

ok its late! v late... im gg to slp nw! tmr stil gg out!

im free nw agn! its dizzling nw.. a rainy rainy day... these few days lik always lik tt.. why is the sky crying so much these few days? is it moaning beforehand for me? or is it gg to be yu guo tian qing later?

whatever the case, i jus came back POMO, its a place at prinsep opp mind's cafe. and there is this jap food court whr i had my lunch. erm.. first time whole section eating lunch tog i tink.. haha..but the table was sorta split into 2 la.. but duno why, suddenly my head asked me when can i extend til.. den i said 17th july cos my e other colleague oso extending till then.. and she straight away told my manager to extend.. so nw i gt a verbal extention all the way till 17th july leh! its soooo looong! one thing gd is i knw how does things go abt alr and is used to it alr.. plus the ppl here are ok and the colleague which i talk most to is extending til the same date.. so it shld be fine.. also, i tink its hard to find a job now wid e recession n somemore i only have 4mths.. so ya.. shld stay contented wid this job.. jus tt its only $6.25/hr.. it ll be gd if its $7/hr.. but then agn, my job is rather relax, having the time to blog and blog hop and facebook doing e 48qns shows it all.. no matter how busy i m its still ok and i wont feel stress or wat.. so gd la..

however, as much as i dread gg to work (i mean who likes to work unless its really sth tt u hav great passion in), i hope i will really work til 17th july here!(unless i switch job then its ok la)
cos jus nw i was sayin tt i ll only finalise aft i get my results cos tt ll determine everything.. if i cmi, whr gt mood to work?! okla... i can la.. but wat i mean is then i mus tink of wat to do... quit and stay hm to mug all day to retake at the end of the yr? work hard and find better job wid higher pay to earn more money to study in private uni? or go straight into society to work permanently and go for night classes? or seriously thinkin of overseas education in australia? this is sth tt i really dunwan but its one of the most viable options.. life is full of things tt doesn go along ur wish! so ya, that abt all e choices i hav if i cmi...

it makes it worse when all my colleagues are saying tt i ll definitely do ok one..

gowri told me, have hopes! but i tink i beta jus dun hope anymore..it wont do any good. but i knw subconsiously, i m hoping with all my strength.. and tts bad!

ok moving on to a happier note, i have plans frm thurs to fri alr!!:)))

in my previous post, i was complainin how sian and how slack i am in my office.. but then.. aft lunch, suddenly i had lots of work to do til i ended up doing ot.. HAHA.. my job is u nv knw when u ll be busy or slack.. haha..

went hm ytd at 8plus aft having cream puff, fruit juice, nuggets, corn sticks.. was quite tired i guess.. fell aslp in front of com at 11plus.. but at the v least, i did wat i wanted to do and finally changed a new blog skin! haha.. e happiest ppl mus be eli n fio alr.. for these 2 have been bugging me to change duno how many mths ago.. and i finally did it last night:D

simple white purple, nth fanciful.. i like! haha.. if only everything can be so simple.. so pure.. if only..

its monday!
my monday blues feels extra strong today.. mb cos there is no work for me to do agn.. all i did frm the start of work til now is:
1) finish my unfinished bond tt was traded on fri
2) despatch
3) filing
4) scannin/photocopyin 1 doc
5) finding the COO (on my lvl) for signatures
and all these amount to at most half an hr?!

so for the whole mornin i was jus stoning in front of my com and went blog-hoppin to unknwn ppl blog.. soooooo sian la! and i tink i m sian enuff to look sian cos my colleague even asked my if im ok.. hahaa..

but on a brighter side, i am being paid for blog-hopping.. haha..

its nt even lunch and im awaiting 530.. haha.. feel lik huggin my bearbear now!

im lik fillin up this wk with plans, gettin hold of my last few days of enjoyin w/o guilt! haha..

ooh.. today is nt a gd day frm the beginning! the milo frm the vending machine tt i drink frm everyday has a freaking bug in it! its lik floating up there.. yucks! lucky its nt lik at the bottom and den i ll find out aft i drink finish.. tt will be terrible! so im stil lucky haha..
i tink i shld go and buy those 3in1 packets to drink.. cos i wun be so lucky everytime.. if nt jiu no more milo for me le..

oh a random note: i have this urge to go back to tj and jus walk ard, sit ard and eat the canteen food.. mb jus go seesee the ppl, the teachers, watever la, anything n everything.. but i wanna do this lik before results out leh.. but tt ll mean it gota be this wk? which is probably gg to be my wishin thinkin agn..

its finally my long awaited fri and my colleague and i knocked off puntually at 530pm! haha..

dinner-ed at bugis aijisen.. i tried the volcano ramen and its oklor.. thou its 4 chilli but its nt hot at all.. i tink the ramen at biefu is nicer.. nw ajisen lik so-so only.. ramen ten can fight lo.. haha.. but then the white fish side dish is nice la.. haha..

nth to shop so headed down to pasir ris park.. the wind tt night was jus nice.. nt too strong.. gently sweepin pass.. plus the night sky had some starts to brighten it up:)


~21st feb 09, sat~

woke up in the mornin and went all the way down to raffles place, singapore river.. wanted to see if there was still free tix to go on the river cruise but sadly no more alr by the time we reached.. but den its ok.. walked all the way to marina frm there.. wanted to watch benjamin button but the timing of the show is so out la.. lik 10+pm.. how to lo.. den walked over to suntec and the show is at 3plus but cant oso cos no time for lunch.. so walked back to marina agn and settle for [he's just not that into you]..

went to yuki yaki for buffet lunch first.. its quite nice la.. a place worth gg back.. the meat is nt bad.. but the best is the prawns! its jus the right size and its fresh.. so jus bbq it and its so sweet alr! can add butter too den become butter prawns alr! the nxt time i go i m gg to attack the prawns! haha.. aft tt was cookin of the icecream.. waa.. its dam difficult la.. cos it hardens so quickly and the thing gets stuck in the middle.. but its fun makin ur own icecream and eatin it.. haha. and we spend lik 3hrs plus there! haha.. so.. overall.. i had a nice nice lunch!:)

by then it was alr 5plus.. haha.. so we had another hr before our movie starts... so.. went to the toy catchin place agn.. we are jus addicted to it alr la.. keep on lik wanting to try and catch the toys.. but no luck tt day... haha.. tried a few times but couldn get it.. but if can its dam lucky la.. haha..

movie timed! it was full house! and we had this seat corner at the back row.. but we din knw and duno why there is no seats infront of us.. so it felt so open and empty.. haha.. couldn get use to it at first but aft tt jiu ok le.. i wana try the corner one leh.. lik so cosy lik tt. haha.. anw, it quite a nice movie la... at least worth it lo.. plus its quite long.. abt 2 hrs.. so by the time it ended it was quite late and so mrt-ed back to tampanies.. walked ard abit in search for food but none to my likin and so settled for a drink n mash potato and headed back home to slp! it was a fun, nice and tiring day!

woke up, ate and den was doin hsework time.. all the way frm noon to 3 was doin hsw work.. but at least i cleared everythin n iron up all my clothes=)

den on com and stared and felt sian sian for duno wat reasons oso.. haha... mus be cos its sunday.. and im having a pre-monday blues syndrome! haha..









as the date draw nearer.. im beggining to fear its occurance..

emptiness is jus a feeling tt cannt be hidden no matter how u wanna hide it.. and certain actions jus magnifies it..

i realise.. no matter how much i wanna deny.. i fear...

~15th feb 09~

went for my 2nd tuition lesson.. 2hrs seems so fast... lik haven teach much den times up alr.. haha...

den afternoon eli, hoho n fio came to my hse... at first wanted to watch movie den end up we ate snacks and played monopoly! haha.. long time since i played it.. it was quite fun.. haha.. and hoho n eli was the big winner la! nxt time i wan all the stations!!!! haha...

den went to tm for lunch at the hk place "central".. headed for city hall later to meet kq so tt i can get my brownie! haha.. den went to the catch toys place and suntec.. so many.. all so nice.. but nv catch anythin there.. nv even try.. haha.. went to the marina sq one and there is many ppl! so we tried but din managed to catch any..

time for flyer! got 2 free tix frm the stb promotion.. its quite nice for it to fall on today.. flyer on vday.. haha.. yup.. its quite a nice place.. and the scenery is nt bad la.. jus tt gt the IR construction view.. haha.. ooh.. and in my cabin.. when we reached the top, there was this guy tt proposed to his gf!!! haha.. so paiseh.. but anw he succeeded.. haha.. ooh.. and and and so coincidentally i met mr ng at the flyer place! haha.. 2nd time meetin him outside lik tt.. hoho.. overall the flyer was enjoyable la..

but but aft this.. my heartache for ur leg aches.. nth i can do n helplessly i was there... despite the pain, u insistent in accompanyin me to do everthin.. frm flyer to bugis jus to take neos.. thou the neos nt so nice la. but stil its nice.. haha.. and mrt back to marina sq to catch toys agn! and i m soso happy tt we finally caught a minnie mouse! so cute so nice and most imptly it was being caught!!!! that moment when the toy fell into the hole is really v shuang n v nice.. i ll nv forget the taste of tt moment.. haha..

meet jolyn aft work at cityhall mrt and she got down the train to meet me and we rushed bac into the same train she took! haha.. den chat chat chat all the way to tm this kq told us she is at "cs nutc"!!! so we tot she tot tt shop&save was ntuc so we went there but she is at tm ntuc?! haha.. and whr is the "cake section" lo? we found her at the baking section! haha.. den waited for the rest to come and we headed down to ramen ten to have dinner! i had tomyum chicken cutlet noodles.. and it was quite nice..haha.. it was finally full attendence ytd!!!! so happy to see everyone! haha.. we shld always make it a pt to have dinners/lunch/gatherings lik this regularly regardless how busy we are!!!

sun: woke up earlier today as i have got tuition! haha.. ok.. my tutee is this cute little gal tt is guaiguai de... so watever i says she listens.. so im heng to get a nice tutee haha.. so tt 2 hrs have been rather enjoyable and relaxing.. at least i tink its beta den office job la.. so its actually quite nice to be a tuition teacher esp when u got nice kids.. haha.. ooh.. and she has a sweet tooth too and loves sweets! but one thing is mus talk almost non-stop for 2 hrs throat v dry.. i realised how tough it is for the throat of teachers! talk wholeday! mygosh!

den lunch was opp tj and i finally ate my hillstreet char kway tiao! haha... satisfied my long wanted cravings! haha.. n coincidentally saw meiyee while walkin bac to bedok interchange.. i lik to meet ppl coincidentally! haha.. went ard lookin at specs n had cocoa mocha addiction frm lib, den headed to parkway.. and its so dumb tt we jus let the shuttle bus zoom ahead of us when we are jus a few steps away frm it! argh! den looked at hps ard pp and some other random stuffs... i wanna get tt watch(either the cute cute hairy one or the red one)! haha... wait til i have e feel to spend money den i shall go bac there..
got a black top for $15 opp pp.. quite worth la.. but i tink i shld stop buying black tops and get some coloured ones nxt time!

dinner was at siglap at a resatuarant called 'different taste'.. the food was nt bad la.. this impromptu dinner was still quite ok overall.. i m no longer nervous alr.. but just still quite paiseh.. haha..

ooh and my bro! he is soooo... qian bian! he msg me to call home immediately den put smiley face at the back den aft tt bracket serious [lik this (serious)] at the end of the msg.. den i gt a shock aft seein tt aft dina and tot wat thing serious happened at hm.. den i call back and my mum told me.. can buy back supper for them? lik!!!! den i ask mum wats so serious abt tt and she said she have no idea abt the serious thing cos tt serious is my bro ownself go add in one! my goodness!

mon(today): im slacking in the office agn nw! only 2 FDs so far and i can complete them rather quickly nw.. i dun mind them havin more work for me to do... cos its so sian nw! work seems to always come at the wrong timing.. see nw so free.. duno later when i wanna go hm ll suddenly hav work nt.. pls come nw and nt at 5pm! haha..

this wk haven got the time to go online at all.. but den im still slpin late everynight! all cos of it!

last sun - went to racky my tuition place and gd thing its so near bedok interchange!
then i went to the hawker to eat my curry chicken noodle!!! it has been so long since i ate there! haha.. now i wan eat hillstreet char kway tiao!

mon to wed - work work work and shop shop shop! seems to be having work all day these days.. haha.. my expenditure is an avg of $90+ per wk leh! omgosh! mus cut! i shall aim to cut to $70+ per wk! abt $10 per day! ohno stil gt transport! argh!

thur - work den dinner-ed at simpang bedok and had 2 and a half pratas.
i had egg prata, cheese mushroom prata, half chocolate cheese prata and tasted egg cheese prata! haha.. ooh.. the chocolate cheese one.. the looks of it is duno lik wat.. doesnt look lik prata.. and someone said tt it looked lik stingray! haha.. the taste is unique but den its nt bad la!
wind at pasir ris park was nice ytd.. quite strong and quite cold.. but den v shuang!:)

ok and today its work and home for dinner! haha.. and den i mus get started to prep for tmr!
having a lunch date wid one colleageue today cos the rest of them are gg for a reunion lunch at some place.. having dimsum and louhei.. each person i tink $15-20.. initially dey wanted duno how many course den each person $50-60.. budget drop so much... haha.. but anw.. i m oso nt gg! haha.. tink i ll have a more comfortable and nice lunch wid my e other colleague!

oh no its so late alr! and i m gona blog abt ytd agn.. haha..

went to love gil hse for visiting! met eli and fongy before tt at cs.. tam was usually less crowded today. haha.. anw.. headed for gil hse soon aft tt and we went there to grow fat! haha.. ate goodies plus the nice nice longtong tt she duno buy frm whr.. long time since i ate longtong! and such a nice one too! the dried mangoes strips are yummy too! haha..

den we watch sponge-bob-square-pants! hoho.. some parts really damn stupid and funny! hahaha.. chat chat chat den cam-whore lots! i m waiting for gil to upload the photos and den i shall kop them all frm u!

went hm jus nice to see mum frens at my place.. the kids nt those small small cute cute kind and oso nt those bigger de can tok. lik my bro lik tt den all playin duno wat duel monster cards.. then the adults tokin.. mum still ask me join them go some other ppl hse visiting den go dinner.. my goodness! if i really go there i tink i go find the wall to talk alr ar! haha.. stayed hm to watch xin hua duo duo kai on mio tv-mob tv! haha.. had my ahma yummy home-cooked macaroni (the cute cute ABC type!) for dinner.. and was busy busy busy aft tt! hoho..

oooh... and i m finally gg to start tuitioning nxt sun!!! interesting and exciting! haha..
