work is sian. but i m happily waiting for my halfday leave tmr!!! yay!
tuesday met my kq dear at tm aft work.. had pizza hut's smart choice! hahaha.. chat quite alot for the entire night.. and had a good time tog=)
tt night, mum called to say there is some moe letter for me.. but some gut feeling told me dun be so happy. ahah.. and guess wat.. i was right! cos i went home and saw : parent of joey... den i confirm alr! its abt edusave! HAHAHA
went to nus website to check my application status, waiting to see myself being rejected.. so i shld start tinkin if i shld appeal! but to be v big surprise, i m actually accepted to nus real estate.. all these while i m set on nie. cos i tink only tt ll come to me.. den nw suddenly pop out one RE.. i abit lost.. haha.. but gota admit.. im much comforted by it.. cos it means tt no matter wat.. i gt myself a place in uni alr! haha..
received the snail mail ytd... and then went online to the joint admission pg n wanted to accept it first rite.. cos deadline 1st june.. then i tot can jus accept first then see how since nie have yet to send me letter. but, when i go e the pg, its stated tt ntu oso offer me the education course! haiyo! means i must choose by tonight?! n i stil nt sure yet! they nv give me time to consider at all lo!!! zzzzzzz...
ooh today lunch was with yy at suntec! hahah.. but lunch time was too short! shld meet up agn sometime for dinner!=)

this is a very special day for me.. but i kinda spent it working.. and slacking at home! haha.. but then agn, its 1 year!!!:)))) call was sufficient with the tot of a meet up on sat!
21st May 09
nth much except for a dinner at aston at cathay with wc.. walked n tok a lil.. n trained home with hy... n we were both tired! haha.. ooh.. n trained with her to work quite a number of days during this wk.. which was kinda nice..=)
23nd May 09
yay its finally saturday! wake up, grab my big bag, and excitedly bus-ed 9 to bedok to find jx! present giving is nice! haha.. headed down to bugis, had kfc.. and can u bliv it, first time i ordered the cheesy meltz at kfc! haha.. n kfc gt student meal even on the wkends! all fastfood shld be lik tt!!! haha..
watched [Night at the Museum 2]! it was a nice show.. cos i laughed quite abit?! haha.. esp when the doggie balloon is jumping ard, and the cupids singing, and the appearance of the green thing in the dustbin frm sesame street! hahahhaha...
walked over to shaw to eat subway! haha.. so full lo! and its so hard to order subway! haha.. lik i duno wat to choose at all! hahaha.. n diff to eat too.. cos mus open the mouth til so big!!! haha..
aft tt.. was sososo full! so jus walkwalkwalk.. til outside cityhall den th/nf called to say they are waiting for us to eat dinner at fish & co glass house! its lik.. omygdness! so full alr.. but still gg to eat.. haha.. but nt so bad la.. cos i shared seafood platter for 1 with jx.. it was lik a mini class gathering, with th,nf,joanna,yt,hx,jx n me.. with ck n his gal joining later on.. and aft aimlessly walking ard aft dinner, hy joined too.. sat under smu.. with most of us being quite tired.. haha.. so left n trained home to slp!!!!

sunday means tuition! so tired tt i couldnt really wake up! haha.. sunday quite standard one.. tuition alr.. lunch at bedok interchange, go ntuc buy somethings.. then jx place to slack n its time for him to bk in! hahhaha...
and this wk, ytd and today is such a lazy lazy day!!
i wan leave! shld i halfday on fri?!?!?

i cant wait to get home when im at work.. cos i feel lazy this wk.. i jus wanna lie in bed n hug my softtoys.. plus being weighed down by some forces isit makin it any beta..
but, e moments before i reach hm.. i lik adrenaline rush lik tt.. den the first few moments at home too...
insecure-ness fill me... lucky for the jacket.. at least the smell of it comforts me..
well, at least my lunch hr time was really great.. cos i had my phone with me:)
hoping for the best.. patience!

08th May 09 ~ Friday
TGIF! hahah.. finally friday! met up wid wangsters for dinner at "changing appetites" at marina square! saw long-time-no-see faces! hahah.. thou is wasnt full attendence cos gil n steph cmi.. but still saw DEEPANA! been ages since i saw her.. hahaa.. and there was yee, eli, jean, amy, eehwee & me! hahah.. shared seafood pizza wid eli, n i tink it was soso only la.. haha.. dint eat the mudpie cos i was coughin:( but its ok! hahah.. was v tired by the end of e day!
09th May 09 ~ Saturday
woke up early in the morning at 9 to meet eli at tamp mrt at 10am! fifi i was on time ok! haha.. we trained to pasir ris to meet hoho before heading down to bugis to meet fio to do our picnic shopping! we bought lotsa foooood! went cold storage to buy chips, drinks, sushi, honey baked chicken & watermelon! haha... we oso had bread frm four leaves, old chang kee and fried beehoon/kway tiao wid fish cakes!=)
Food!!!
then it was time to head down to marina bay! took the shuttle bus and tada! we are at marina barrage! hahaha... cos we were all v hungry! we headed straight to the grass patch n benches and started feasting out! hahaha.. cos we were lik e only ones picnic-ing there, everyone tt passes us will be lookin at us! hahah.. and when we are diggin into our watermelon! we heard ppl commenting too! hahaha..
and cos i was lik havin terrible voice! i keep zao xia! hahah.. and talk halfway then no voice! haha.. they made me sing twinkle twinkle little stars to make them laugh! haha..
aft tt was a whole long session of can-whoring and laughing! hahahha... took lots and lots of pics as there is 3 cams altogether!! there is lik nearly 400 fotos?! hahaha.. we took many pretty shots at the water area... and later on in the gallery too! haha.. and we facebook-ed there too! hahahah...

late dinner at the food court.. the kway chap is really nt bad leh.. haha.. nxt time can go there n eat agn! talked alot alot on the way home.. and i coughed alot too! haha.. i was sadden when i tink back abt some things.. but i was comforted and became happy agn!=)

ooh its Mothers' day today! hahah!
woke up early to clean up, den was tuition..it was rainin so heavily that my shorts was all wet!!!! n my tutee laughed at my voice! zzz..
met jx and lunch at bedok interchange, eat our qiu lian ban mian agn! went to meet some insurance person at mac to hear him talk abt savings! haha.. and diversify our savings, y nt jus saving in banks, but other investments lik insurance! and tok abt wat serious topic of death.. n then leavin money for parents.. lik wow! showed us articles abt the unfortunate happenings of ns! when jx is lik gg to bk in n havin field camp this wk..zzz.. haha.. but well, stil a nice person tt intro us all those stuff thou we arent interested at this moment! hahah..
it as a short day.. stayed awhile at his place, den it was time to go.. haha.. pasir ris interchange we go! went to buy some desert kuehs back for the 3 mothers in my hse.. ahha.. n home i went for dinner!
the last msg of the night melted me totally.. whr my tears n my smile made the best combination ever!:)
11th May 09 ~ Monday
its mon! i wokeup thinkin it was sun and i nid go tuition! zzz.. went to work and the first word tt i said made my colleagues laughed lik duno wat! all luffing at my terrible voice! hahha...
took half day off today to see e doc cos night time my fam doc wont be ard! initially tot i ll go work tmr but aft eatin med, i realised i become dam drowsy and i seriously will fall aslp one! hhaa... so tmr rest day! hhaha.. anw i gt mc for today n tmr=) and guess wat? the doc say, the best way for my voice to recover faster is dont talk! hahahahha!
went back hm at ard 4.. and it so reminds me of jc days.. esp when i lie on bed, with the tv on.. the shows.. oh.. those were the days.. nostalgic! haha..

its FRIDAY!!! haha..
for some unknown reason my temperature after lunch is always higher than usual - 37.1degree celsius... hahaa..
had a meeting today n ytd abt BCP - Business Continuity Plan..
ahah.. they have a call tree! feels lik in class.. haha..
there is sth called the "War Chest", and it means the things that will be put at the alternative site in case the team needs to be split. haha.. interesting!
on a random note, ytd during lunch, went to raffles city to walk walk with gowri.. went to look at random stuff at Robinson.. we were at the cutlery section... and we saw a plastic SPORK! haha.. its a 3 in 1 thing.. cos it can be spoon, a fork and a knife.. but we both thing is quite dumb idea cos u cant use it all at the same time! hahaha.. and and.. we saw this label on another item that say " only avaliable in CIVILISED colours!!! our 1st reaction was: "oh so what is UNcilivised coulours!" HAHAHA...

drinkin 2+litres of water daily this wk and slpin early is my achievement! haha.. the gd thing is, i tink it prevented me frm really fallin ill.. but the bad thing is, i m nt totally well.. haha.. today throat dam itchy n lik gt abit of cough alr!
my company is takin all the precautionary measures for swine flu! haha.. twice a day gota take temp, and if the alert goes to red or remain as orange or duno wat then each team ll have to be split into 2 and be relocated elsewhr.. i hope e alert will remain as yellow til end of june sia! when im there, dun split! if nt work ll be so sian! gowri ll be else whr, only can meet for lunch n msn. haha..
gowri has a fren workin at moe, and she said they are nw sorting out the applicants, will inform those tt are accepted soon by call n letter or sth.. omg.. so scary! wat if i dint get it?!!?!?! :(
the invisible stress is lingering in the air.. esp when 1 by 1, the ppl ard u gets the notifications and all i can do is only wait in hope..
must be optimistic!!!!!!

woke up with a sorethroat.. and had headache all the way for the whole day.. zzzz...
my colleague jokingly said that im suffering from withdrawal symtoms! HAHA..
luckily not much work so for the first time in these few wks can go home at 530 sharp!!
i resisted frm switching on my lappy and so means i m a gd gal tt rested early!

yay i am feeling better today alr! but i m still drinking lotsa water.. sure can drink 2litres! haha...

woo.. been too busy to blog for the past few days.. haha.. going out almost everyday!
THURSDAY-30th Apr
was jus waiting for knock off time! haha.. ot til 7 agn.. and met up wid jx below my office, who has been waitin 2hrs for me to knock off.. so sry.. headed for tampines to meet up wid g8 & meiyee to watch x-men.. din manage to really interact cos of movie, so yea, must meet up soon!
FRIDAY-1st May (LABOUR DAY!)
went tampines agn for awhile, bubble tea is really filling! hardly can eat my rice during lunch aft a cup of bubble tea! haha.. anw, head for cathay at orchard to catch [revolutionary road] - my 4th movie this wk! hahaha... wander aimlessly ard orchard to wait for the show to start.. but i had gd company.. so it was stil nice! haha..
SATURDAY-2nd May
went to airport to have swensen's breakfast! yummy yummy! and its filling too! so dun need lunch alr.. went walkin aimlessly ard airport agn! haha.. cos din hav anywhr in mind to go.. headed for bedok.. ate gotcha.. slack n rested in the afternoon before gg for dinner at 416.. last stop was pasir ris park.. and there was sooo many ppl! whole stretch of bbq pits were occupied! haha..

times flies! so fast its the end of the wkend.. tuition in the morning, lunch at bedok interchange qiu lian ban mian.. ntuc to shop abit.. went to jx place for him to pack his stuff and all.. rest a lil in the afternoon, den before u knw, its time to go! haha.. pasir ris was flooded wid ns guys.. gdness.. i duno how to describe the feeling of being surrounded by them! hahah..
